Moriyama, Daido - The past is always new, always nostalgic future

A hidden project to revitalize Daido Moriyama's legendary photo collection was launched by two men, fascinated by the world of the photographer. Art, fashion, design... Moriyama transcends these boundaries and his work is once again in the limelight. Encouraged by this success, two men, a graphic designer and an editor, began the republication of the first works of Daido Moriyama, Japan, A Photo Theater, published some fifty years ago. This film follows for a year these two men who are trying to overcome this challenge to show what Moriyama has achieved and that it is still in the foreground today.
