Thierry des Ouches is a French photographer.

Self-taught photographer, he starts to work for himself at the age of 20. Very quickly, he collaborates regularly with advertising agencies.

For the campaigns that he realizes, he obtains many awards, including the Golden Lion at the Cannes Film Festival in 1993 for the campaign Les Adieux de la 4L commissioned by the agency Publicis.

In 1995, he published his first book, "Requiem", with a preface by Jeanloup Sieff.

Since then, he has written several other books, including: Cows (1997), prefaced by Elliott Erwitt, Women (1999), France (2000), prefaced by Philippe Delerm, In my parking lot, there are angels... (2002), Les Animaux de la ferme (2006)...
